Shipping & Pickup Policy
When you order for pickup, we aim to make your sandwich or salad exactly as you like it. If we are out of a particular ingredient, we’ll do our best to contact you about a substitute.
When you order products from Putnam Market or Putnam Wine to be shipped, we pack your merchandise with the utmost care. We do our very best to ship orders filled with products that are fresh and simply superb. If the product is damaged in transit, please call so we can replace it.

Wine Age Policy
You must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Shipments of alcoholic beverages are sent with an “Adult Signature Required” sticker, and the delivery driver is required to check identification. This means that you will have to be present at the time of delivery.
